c. Hikvision DS-2CD853F-E can't set framerate 15~22 in Max resolution.

Fixed Sony SNT-V704 can’t connect failed.

Fixed UDP camera image gray out or break randomly when config different resolutions.

NVRmini 2:

Fixed Axis M7001 can’t use daulstream.
